Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Life Circles, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Life Circles is a personal relationship-care application. We provide tools to help you maintain and nurture your personal relationships. The service is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about uptime or feature availability.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Life Circles. One account per person — do not share accounts.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass or harm others
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service
• Use AI features to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content

Free tier — core features including circle management, reminders, goals, and good deeds are free.

Life Circles Premium — AI features require an active subscription, billed through Stripe on web or your device's app store on mobile.

Cancellation — cancel anytime through Stripe billing on web or your App Store / Play Store subscription settings on mobile. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months except where required by law.

Price changes — we will notify you at least 30 days before any price change.

You own all data you enter into Life Circles. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, or representative of our views. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or relationship decisions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Subscription cancellation is separate — cancel your subscription in Stripe billing or the App Store / Play Store before deleting your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Circles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland, except where EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
